TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of hardtechnobangkok.com (“the site”) and any ticket you buy from us (“Countercultural”, “we”, “us”). By visiting the site or buying a ticket, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy a ticket.

1. Tickets

  • Each ticket admits one person to one event on the date and time shown on the ticket.
  • Tickets are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in Section 6.
  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
  • Resale of tickets above face value is not permitted. Tickets resold in violation of this rule may be voided.
  • We may refuse entry or remove anyone who breaches these Terms, venue rules, or applicable law, without refund.

2. Age requirement

All Countercultural events are 20+ in line with Thai law for venues that serve alcohol. You may be asked for valid government ID at the door. No refund for entry refused due to age or missing ID.

3. Conduct at events

By entering an event you agree to:

  • Comply with venue rules and instructions from staff.
  • Treat other attendees, artists, and staff with respect.
  • Not engage in physical or verbal violence, harassment, or any form of discrimination.
  • Not bring or consume illegal substances on the premises. Possession of illegal substances results in immediate removal and may be reported to authorities.

We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour endangers safety or wellbeing of others, without refund.

4. Recording policy

Some venues we use enforce a no-photo and no-video policy on the dancefloor. Check the event page for the rule that applies. Even when filming is allowed, no flash and no recording during artist sets without explicit permission. We may publish photos and video taken at the event in our own promotional materials; if you prefer not to be featured, write to counterculturaltechno@gmail.com after the event.

5. Lineup and programme

The advertised lineup is our intent at the time of announcement and may change due to circumstances beyond our control (artist illness, travel, force majeure). Lineup changes are not grounds for a refund.

6. Cancellation, postponement, refunds

  • If we cancel an event, you receive a full refund of the ticket price you paid, or a credit toward a future event — your choice. Service fees charged by third-party platforms (e.g. Ticketmelon) may not be refundable.
  • If we postpone an event, your existing ticket is valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund of the ticket price within 14 days of the announcement.
  • We do not refund for personal reasons (you cannot attend, you changed plans, etc).

7. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform if caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, public-health restrictions, transportation disruption, or venue closure outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photos, video, logos, branding, code — is the property of Countercultural or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written consent. You may share our content on personal social media with attribution.

9. Liability

  • You attend events at your own risk. Loud volumes, strobe lighting, and crowded conditions are part of the experience.
  • We are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damage at events except to the extent required by Thai law.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a ticket is limited to the price paid for that ticket.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services change or when laws require it. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the site or purchase of new tickets after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your ticket is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.
